Our clubhouse

Porters Park is a beautiful course with unique challenges and truly wonderful surroundings but what makes the club really special is the friendliness of the people and the impressively high standard of the facilities.

Our clubhouse combines the best of the traditional and the modern, with spectacular views of the opening and closing holes.

Housing the members’ bar, the dining room, the ballroom/lounge, meeting rooms and wood-panelled locker rooms, it has been sympathetically extended over the years and some older, much-loved features such as the domed ceiling in the lounge have been preserved.

It’s not just the building that’s special. Our bar steward, Adrian Sykes, and his team provide a very friendly and efficient service, creating a warm, welcoming and convivial atmosphere.

An idyllic setting for wedding receptions, parties and functions, the clubhouse is the venue for many of Porters Park’s social events. Lunches, dinners and buffets are served from both set and à la carte menus.
